Master of traditional Chinese painting creation, Department of fine arts, Taiwan Normal University; Bachelor of fine arts, Taiwan University of fine arts. Member of China Literary Critics Association. Chairman of Ceramic Art Research Committee of Cross Strait Peace Culture and Art Alliance.Consultant of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Artists Association.Vice president of staff painting and Calligraphy Association of South University of science and technology.
His monographs include : Fine paintings: Tang Yin's painting world， Great master handed down.Wei Zixi, a master of modern Chinese painting. Three masters of the Banqiao Lin family in the history of calligraphy and painting in Taiwan: a study of Lu Shiyi, ye Huacheng and Xie Guanqiao. Editor in chief of the exhibition of the origin of Taiwan Fine Arts (1736-1945).He has published more than 40 academic papers and many art reviews. In 2007, he won the third "Mr. Lin Yushan Art Research Award" in Taiwan.
Several individual exhibitions of Chinese painting and ceramics were held on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and many joint exhibitions were held. From June 17 to 22, 2014, Shenzhen Art Museum held "Zhou Mingcong ceramic works exhibition". From September 8 to October 12, 2015, the Art Museum of Jiangsu Zhongshan Academy of calligraphy and painting held the exhibition of "Seven Sages of bamboo forest and plum blossom Zhouzi: Zhou Mingcong's ink color and Ceramic Creation". Calligraphy, painting and ceramic works are collected by cultural and Museum units at home and abroad, government leaders, entrepreneurs, and important figures in the United States and Germany.
